Question lowering rear leaf springs.
Looking for a 5" rear drop with leaf springs. No problem finding a 4" drop with 1" shackles. My questions is: is that it to lower the rear?? I've been told no notch is needed. I've searched the board but keep coming up with members lowering with rear coils. Thanks.

Re: Question lowering rear leaf springs.
I flipped mine with the DJM kit. Resulted in 7 1/4" drop. Mine isn't notched. Shouldn't be an issue at 5".

Re: Question lowering rear leaf springs.
I also chose to go with the DJM flip kit my box was off so I did a c- notch but after all was done the notch is not necessary.
