Double Cardan/CV joint

1982 K20. I rebuilt this joint, new parts, also replaced the front U joint. I have a vibration from the front shaft while in 4wd. The front slip joint was not removed from the shaft so it is not out of phase. "But" I may not have gotten the parts in the CV joint in the same order as I did not mark them. Can this cause the vibes? Do I take the CV joint apart and try different assembly combinations or can my drive line shop balance what I have? There is a weight on the shaft. This shaft which I rebuilt was not the original as the original one was missing.

Re: Double Cardan/CV joint

Most vibes from the front driveline are from the ball/socket in the CV being trashed. Is the slip joint still tight, or is it loose and floppy. Also double check that the mating flange of the tcase output and the CV flange are seated properly and the bolts are tight.
