Took The GMC Fishing Yesterday
I was the first person to have access to this remote lake on private land yesterday. Three small mouth bass jumped on my Rapala lure. Life is good in Eastern Oregon. Had to leave Jimmy and hike a bit but he had fun too.

That looks like a nice spot! What county is that in? I've been wanting to take my GMC for a road trip to eastern Oregon, I just haven't yet.

You make me mad, rubbing it in like that!
p.s., where's the picture of the fish? Were they the ones that got away? |

Re: Took The GMC Fishing Yesterday
Back story on the lake or big pond is my friend dug it out back in 96. Planted all the trees you see around it and the State stocked it with trout and small mouth bass. It’s located in Union county. Almost no one fishes it, I saw two very large elk on the far side as I approached it. Overall just a wonderful example of improving wildlife habitat. I feel very lucky to be able to enjoy it...

That is Awesome, I take mine all the time. Fish always are getting blind sided by those chrome bumpers.

Spring Chinook, otherwise known as chromers! About 8lbs of heart healthy vitals. Columbia River caught about couple weeks ago.

Re: Took The GMC Fishing Yesterday
Took mine today,no fish to keep but I did release the nicest cutthroat I have caught in some time. I almost lost my rear center cap for the wheel but noticed it at the launch and I think I have located the rattle that has been driving me crazy for a long time.
