Kickdown Switch Wire - Where does it hook to Transmission?

So, while I was mucking around with oiling my speedometer cable, I noticed an odd orange wire just dangling around close to my transmission area. After I got to the top side and pulled it up, and traced it through the firewall, I see that it is the orange wire that goes to the kickdown switch. My question now is, where should this wire hook up on the transmission? Pictures would help considerably.

My stock engine was a 305, but it has been swapped out to a 350... TH350 transmission, I believe. The end has been hacked up completely, so whatever terminal is supposed to be on the end of this wire is gone. I do have an adapter halfway to the tranny, so that particular adapter is still present, just after that adapter is cut and hacked up.
