Satin Black or Semi-Gloss Black Powdercoated Inner Fenders?
Trying to decide which color to have my inner fenders powdercoated. The guy has satin black which he says is 20% gloss and that's what the "resto" guys use. He also has 40%, 60%, and 90% gloss. He says 60% is semi-gloss and 90% is what the guys use for full full gloss. Would love to see pictures of your inner fenders that are black powdercoated in satin or semi-gloss only.
Here is an example of satin inner fenders, and semi-gloss frame and suspension components, which I think is pretty badass:

I prefer the semi-glass myself. It always seems to clean up easier to me than the satin.

Resto, Resto-Mod, or full custom?
If Resto, or Resto-Mod, I'd recommend Satin. Full Custom I would go Semi-Gloss or Gloss. |

Yes, they look good of course. They're fresh and shiny no one can argue that. But I'm looking for that very specific balance between restored and restored-modified. And it's easy to overdo things with the shine...

You could have them for the price of powdercoat, which is $30 / each

You ever tried sandblasting or removing powder coat! Also Water eventually gets under powder coat and you don’t know things are rusting till it’s too late. I choose satin but I am biased lol

satin still has a gloss. it's not till you go to eggshell that things start to look flat. Then obviously flat is flat.
