1988 C3500 454 CREWCAB I need to replace my compleat exhaust .any 1 know what is required ? 3 shops in my area have different info 1 converter 2 converts or none . i want it very quiet. thanks Dean

atleast one converter is required, 2 if you have duals, but i doubt it came with duals. so its up to you. Here (oklahoma) we no longer have emissions inspection. So you dont have to worry about it.............

I see you're in stockton, which is only 45 minutes north of me. I would recommend taking it to Quiet Master Muffler, here in Modesto. They do all my exhaust work, and they're top notch.
