Hey gearheads!

Anyone local to central MN planning on heading on over to this event in Maple Lake, MN? The small group of gearheads that keep this going every year are pretty dedicated and make this event pretty damn cool. I'm hoping to get over to this if I can get my rear brakes and tidied up before this Saturday.

It's really a good time. A lot of cool cars and the grilled porkchops are fantastic. There's a vendor out there from the Bowtie Truck stop that's usually there and I always like looking at fresh parts I can't afford because I have a wife and kids.

I know Kevin a little bit from Bow tie truck stop. Just picked up some parts from him a couple of weeks ago. I know he goes all over the place.

I just got my truck done about a week ago so I am still working out the bugs on it. That would be a good shake down run for it.I will have to see what the rest of the family says.

I bled the brakes last night and plan on doing a test run over to the compost heap tonight. If all goes well, I'll have the green beast out there. I'm not sure where I'll be parked, but I'll keep an eye out for your truck. It would be great to meet a fellow board member.
