My 6 yr old fell off of a 6 ft ladder and landed on his forehead. Got himself a nice bump.

Looks awesome!

One tip for the future, it is MUCH easier (and quicker) to build the walls while they are laying down, and then stand them up once they are finished. I have done it both ways and I find it harder to toenail studs in as opposed to nailing them in straight from the bottom of the studs.

Jeff we were going to do that but I had to use a 2x8 for the sill plate and we(me and my dad) were not sure if we'd be able to lift them.
Randy he's ok nothing his mother could not take care of. He was only told a million times to stay of the ladder. Between the two of them they got on my dad's nerves which does not happen often.

If you don't mind, how much is it costing to build? I'll probably build one when we move. (most houses don't come with 4 car garages for some reason???)

It will end up costing right at $4000. I'm doing all the work my self with the help of my dad. It's 16'x22', no lift/pit.

Actually got a late start today, sunday and all. Got out at 0900 today. Will be back at it at 0800 tomorrow. Need to finish the framing for the eves. Expectations for tomorrow: sheathing, tar paper and trimming up the over hang to 12".
