Your Opinion Please...
Here's a pic I found in Classic Truck. I like the white cab and quarter panels. It also has a white grill. I want to do mine in metallic blue instead of gold. What do you think of the two-tone?

Two tone is a very nice look. Anything to set a truck apart from the monochromatic look of the 90's. Just don't paint it black and silver...those are MY colors!

I like the gold and white but I'm not sure on the blue and white. Maybe a dark silver? But now that I've gone back to look at it a few times it's sort of growing on me.

Isn't that style of two tone factory for the 67 and 68's?

A pearlescent white gives a very nice contrast without being as stark as white. Also goes better with metallic colors, like Blue!! I love blue metallic.

I found my old copy of Chevy Truck with the feature on this truck. The wheels are Billet Specialties Ponoma, 17x8 with 245/50HR17 in the front and 18x9.5 with 295/45ZR18 in back. Besides the wheels and drop, the truck is basically stock.

I think the two tone is a classy retro look, kind of the old school meets new age. I say go with the blue and white. send us some pics.

I think it would look good with a medium grey with white. I think it looks good with a darker or more neurtral color than a bright, electric color.
But that is just my preferences. Here is a couple of colors.

Not to change the subject, but did anyone notice how he raised the whole bed slightly, then lowered the bed trim to try to hide the offset body lines? I believe that truck has air bags and he raised the bed slightly for pumpkin-to-bed floor clearance.
Sorry, I just notice these kind of things Oh, and I also like the look of the two-tone paint.
