What a Shame. Spotted another Short bed in the yard.
Someone's project was junked.Swb with new parts still on it, like brakes, wiring harness, and exhaust.

Whoever sold that to the junkyard got ripped off.
I once saw a grand national get dropped off at the junkyard. Till this day I regret not buying that car on the spot that day.

Re: What a Shame. Spotted another Short bed in the yard.
Looks like it had been parked outside under a tree for a bit. Likely someone's project who died, suffered a divorce, or had one too many kids to be able to afford continuing to work on it. Sometimes folks in hard times just want something like that to go away, especially if some neighborhood busybody is complaining to the city about 'That derelict truck.'
If the passenger side is as clean as the driver's side, likely could be returned to basic daily driver fairly quickly. |

I would try to buy that truck and get it running.

Idk how down south is, but locally you could buy it back. Be a salvage title though.

Re: What a Shame. Spotted another Short bed in the yard.
Hopefully someone will, at the least, go get the seat and grille. Those are the few things that I try and save from the junk yards. I was just at the pick n pull this past Saturday. 4 trucks were just recently added, along with a few vans. I came home with 3 benchseats & 4 grilles. And I had to leave a seat behind. I hate when the pics upload sideways.
