Upgrades almost done!

So after months of working and tinkering, waiting for parts (mainly the new custom seat and finding time to swap engine) I have some progress pics. Since my purchase in June, I have redone most of the trim inside and out, added white paint to lower body, added custom woodwork to interior, new BluePrint 350 crate with 382 hp, new custom seat, complete rebuild of brake system (including new lines), rebuild on 350 tranny, new shocks and suspension parts, new custom headliner.... truck came with new tires and new custom wheels.

I do not want to sell the truck, but I am curious what it might be worth to some trained eyes from this forum... Knowing what I bought the truck for, and how much I have spent to get it to turn a lot of heads, I am just wondering how well I did with my first mild restoration. Thoughts?

I'm looking forward to see what you did. Sounds like you have done a lot since June.

Still need to paint the engine compartment and clean up some wiring under there, and I have new carpet and seatbelts on the way. I might get a new windshield too - mine is scratched and foggy in some areas.

I like your addition of the lower white. Goes well.
What's the verdict on your engine choice. Sounds like you replaced a 305 so I'm sure you gained a bundle of horsepower but have you had a chance to get a feel of the torque?

Went with a BluePrint crate engine. 350 with 382 hp. It definitely has some torque, and the cam is something new to me. It has way more power than it needs... haha.

Re: Upgrades almost done!

Did you get a chance to see what mileage you got with the previous engine to compare to this one. After this one breaks in anyway.
The reason I ask is I like driving mine a little to much and would like to do something like this if the mileage would compare. There are numerous variables to compare so it may be hard to do anyway.
