I've part 15 blazers and that is the first one I've seen. Unless its the one that goes on the end of the ebrake cable coming from the pedal. Even then I've only seen 2 and a couple rusted in 2 LOL.

I’m pretty sure it was there when I took it apart but it grew legs. I thought for sure it would be an easy replacement.

I think so. I’ve had some people say they have seen them before. It seems to keep it from hanging on the leaf spring.

Make me an offer. I don’t know what to even ask for a pair of springs. Shipping will be 7.00 in a small flat rate box. I prefer shipping in a box as I have received damaged parts in bubble envelopes. Thanks
