Tubular control arms for stock suspension height
I have a 1970 chevy 2wd and I need rebuild the front. I would like to have install a tubular control arm setup, but they say design for lowered trucks. I want to leave the truck with its stock height both in the front and the rear.
Are there any tubular options for stock trucks Any help would be great

Re: Tubular control arms for stock suspension height
I bought Tubular A arms from POL (Performance Online) which I have yet to install but I want to keep mine stock not slammed. They told me they would work just fine lowered or not.

Re: Tubular control arms for stock suspension height
Im curious why, especially if you are keeping stock, why would want tubular arms vs the stock ones? Not judging, just curious if Im missing something somewhere along the line.

Re: Tubular control arms for stock suspension height
For me it's about improving the ride and handling but I don't want to slam it, I still like the stock look. The suspension needs to be rebuilt so why not improve it as you rebuild it?

Quote:
The tube arms are to compensate for the geometry changes in a lowered vehicle. For the rear, upgrade the trailing arm bushings, relocate the shocks to the rear of the diff and add an adjustable pan hard bar and sway bar. if you are keeping it stock height, you don't need to spend all that $$
