Got some parts, need some help.

I just got two rust free doors for my truck from a friend who was parting a truck out. Problem, when he was taking the one door off he ripped the hinge mounting area out of the door. Can this be fixed, or is the whole door gone? It only ripped a 1/4 inch chunk out, and basicly detached the metal in a square shape directly around the 4 mounting holes.

Should be ok if you just tap the area back into place and weld it.
