Hey guys,lets see what your using to move your cabs and beds around with.I need to build me something so I can get started back on my truck.I need to take my stuff to the body shop but wanna give them something they can work with.The shop that's doing it are some guys I know so I wanna make it as easy as possible for them.They'll be replacin floors,rockers,corners and cab supports.Any suggestions are appreciated.

I used a pallet form work and 6 2x4's and dollie wheels from harbour freight,i need to put wheels on at home just for hauling purposes.total cost $22.00

p.s. top of frame runs along supports to keep clear of floor pans.

Too damn cold to go outside and take a pic. I cut an old frame just in front of each cab mount. I have an old set of cab mounts that I use. Each corner has an 8" section of 3" pipe welded to it with 3" steel casters welded to the pipe. It works great and cost next to nothing to make. The guy at the junkyard gave me the midsection of the frame. This thing is good if you are doing major bodywork because the cab stays mounted to a frame to retain it's original shape. I know a guy that put a cab up on sawhorses and replaced big sections of his floor, inner and outer rocker panels and inner kickpanels. When he tried mounting the cab to the frame, the right front mount sat about 1-1/2" higher when the rest of the mounts were flat. I wish you were closer...I would let you borrow mine. I won't need it for a while.
