Looking to buy a rust free drivers door within a few hours drive of the port huron area. Either a truck door, or a blazer door will work.

Have you tried that rust free truck parts place in Romeo, MI. He's usually got that type of parts or can get them quick for you. Prices aren't that bad and it's a fairly close drive for you. Good Luck
