Does anybody know where I can get a grille or grille insert like his for my 72 jimmy??

Get out the hack saw. You'll have to make your own

I feel like buying a one of those billet blazer grills and cutting down the width to match the quad headlights would work? Not sure if you'd need the Blazer center grill support or if the Jimmy one is the same.

Either way - I think the stock look is superior. Good luck.
