Door hinge help
Hello,
The s spring for the door hinge on my 86 GMC broke this past week. I have looked up how to replace the s spring but I have found the instructions to be vague , or at least vague to me. Can anyone provide a clear process on how to replace the s spring? Thank You As a side note a few months a ago I had issues with my cruise control not working. All the vacuum parts were good and the stalk switch had been replaced . I decided to remove the cruise computer from its box . I reflowed all the solder connections and clean everything else It now works like a champ |

The last one I had that was broken I took the hings smooth off & split it in two to change it.
