They kind of look like 67-72 buckets to me.

That's what I was thinking too. I'm sure the console is 67-72 style, but you never know. They may have carried over from 72.

The console appears to be a 73+...it looks identical to the one in my 77. Although, the cupholder piece just unscrews...so they might interchange with the older ones.

I am not sure about pickups, but the seats and console would be correct for a Blazer, at least through 75. The only difference I know of for sure is the cupholder, which does unscrew. The door panels look like 74 Cheyenne, and the seat color matches the rest of the interior. I would guess that they are correct. I don't think the blazers got highback seats until 77 or 78, and it seems like they may have been optional? I am just guessing here too, as I was only 2 in 1977.

Those are the buckets used from 67-77. The covers changed slightly throughout the years, but the seat frames are all the same. The TRACKS however are unique for the pickups. In fact, the passenger seat doesn't really have any tracks, just four separate brackets that attach it to the floor. It has no adjustment. The drivers seat slides.

The factory buckets I have in my Gentleman Jim and in the other half dozen or so Gentleman Jim's I've seen also are not covered on the back. They don't have the hard plastic pieces like the Jimmy/Blazer seats.

The console changed in 77 when they added shoulder belts. Before that it had a place to put your seatbelt end. When they added shoulder belts they switched the console insert over to cup holders. The console bottoms and lids are all the same from 67-80.

Try looking at a Year One catalog. They list a 71-72 low back bucket seat vinyl seat replacement cover kit. Or you can bid on a set of 79 bucket seats on Ebay. ( see other post by me )

Andy:

Those aren't my seats. I just saw them yesterday on Ebay. When I got my seats (from a 82 Blazer), they came from New Hampshire. Shipping from there to Oregon cost just under $100 via UPS. My seats are awaiting $$$ to recover before I install them in my 78 C-10. Looks like El Gracho has bidded on them already.

Unhappy

Haven't installed them yet. Waiting for some money to replace the seat covering. Going to a black vinyl covering and will be painting the console black too. Got seats from another forum member.

I am so glad that truck is a stepside. If it were a fleetside, I would be in biiiiig trouble with my wife. I can see it now bagged with 20's on it.

I don't think he will every get a bid starting it that high, but it sure is tempting.
