Motorola Radio
I hadn't really looked too close at my radio before, but I was taking it out yesterday and noticed it is made by Motorola! Did they use to make radio's for these trucks?

Re: Motorola Radio
Motorola used to make radios for all kinds of vehicles. They named the company Motorola when they started supplying automotive radios in the early 1930s.

Re: Motorola Radio
Yup, i have seen those a few times. Aftermarket from the era. It probalbly says motorola on the lens? Just means the truck was not ordered from the factory with a radio. Check the glovebox label, probably no radio listed
interestingly i have not seen one on a canadian truck before, is yours canadian? |
