RnD Fabrication 1967-1972 Chevrolet & GMC early C10 / C20 / Blazer Radiators!

I wanted to take a moment and introduce our company, RnD Fabrication (www.rndfabrication.com). We are a Gold Vendor as we manufacture Aluminum Crossflow Radiators for many vehicles, including the 67-72 Chevy trucks!

RnD Fabrication is proud to introduce our line of 1967-1972 Chevrolet & GMC C10 / C20 / Blazer Radiators! We can build these for stock engines, as well as for LS & other engine conversions with ports in the correct locations for your engine. All units include a transmission cooler at no additional charge (specify when ordering). If you want one for an LS conversion, there is no additional charge, and simply specify if you want the steam port or not. Retail price is $500, and members of this forum get a discounted price of $475.

Here is a link to the early C10 page on our website:

Re: RnD Fabrication 1967-1972 Chevrolet & GMC early C10 / C20 / Blazer Radiators!

Guys, I recently received my RnD radiator with some awesome fans and a beautiful polished shroud that I requested. The welding on the radiator is top notch and anyone can tell it is made with outstanding craftsmanship. Can’t wait to install on my blazer but my project is not ready yet... but soon.
Thanks RnD for everything.

I used RnD radiators on my last build and was super happy with the quality and service. Will be buying from them again when I swap my 72' over to an LS or Gen V LT1 engine.

Re: RnD Fabrication 1967-1972 Chevrolet & GMC early C10 / C20 / Blazer Radiators!

$425 is the discounted radiator price, $450 is retail saving you $25.

For the fan and shroud kit, there are several options:
dual standard 12in fans $220 ($240 retail). Good to around 450 horsepower.
Upgraded slim single 16 or upgraded single dual speed 17 $320 ($340 retail). Good to around 550 horsepower.
Extreme Duty dual 12in Sans, $425 ($450 retail). Good to around a thousand horsepower.

We also have fan controllers with relay kits, and matching overflow tanks. Shipping is based on your zip code and the items you ordered to calculate weight.

Is the standard version available without your shroud? I do not see the purpose of blocking off 30-40 % of the radiator area with a flat plate. I would have my own square to round built to fit my fan of choice.

Absolutely, we can sell you just the radiator if you would prefer. All of our radiators come standard with the fan shroud mounting tabs at no additional charge

Re: RnD Fabrication 1967-1972 Chevrolet & GMC early C10 / C20 / Blazer Radiators!

Received this last week. Looks like it is very well built. A bit disappointed on the mounting provisions. I stated that I had a factory 4 row radiator. The mounting tabs appear to be for the 3 row radiator. Will have to find and install new upper and lower 3 row mounting hardware or cut off tabs and weld on proper width 4 row tabs.

Sorry for the delayed reply, the forum didn't notify me there was a reply. On the mounts, you can use the stock 3-core and stock 4-core rubber inserts (both will work)
