Re: Plug Wires

D7I used an 8mm Taylor cut to fit set made for an LT1. The LT1 has the same ends on the Optispark as an LS coil, unlike the older HEI wires. Depending on how you mount your coils you may need either straight or 45* ends. The Taylor numbers are 46052 for the straight and the 45 deg version is 46069.

Re: Plug Wires

I used MSD 8.5's. The kit I got was LS specific and came with either 90's or a straight/multi angle up to roughly a 45 degree for the plug side. I believe only 45's for the coils, but cant remember for sure now. Havent ran it yet, but i like them based on looks.

I absolutely love what has been done to that engine. I have a 99 Trans Am with a T56 I am thinking of putting in my 72 Blazer and would like to know what intake is on that marvelous unit. I have just spent hours reading the signature threads and dang you guys are just masters!
