WTB - Cross Member for NP208

I need a cross member for supporting a NP208 behind a 700R4 in 1969 K5 Blazer. I "think" one from a 1985 GMC K3500 may require the least modifications to work. Thanks.

Re: WTB - Cross Member for NP208

The adapter style will define crossmember requirement. Using a 81-84 tall adapter should allow usage of an original 69-72 style crossmember, easiest. Using a 85-91 short adapter will require spacers or a different crossmember. I have a 81-84 tall adapter for TH700R4 to NP208 available.

Size: 54.5 KBThank you for the response GonicGM. I think I would rather go with a different cross member. I have a home made spacer in there now. I'm trying to get rid of my 3'' body lift. The reason I put that in to start with was when I swapped out the NP205 for the NP208, the NP208 sat up higher. I plan to drop the NP208 an inch or so and add a skid plate under it.

Jsfucttruck - Would it be possible to get a picture of your cross member and maybe some dimensions? Thanks
