18-20 Rollers for a Chassis
For those of you who have the 14 brake kits on your truck(or cars), what did you use for rollers prior to getting your wheels?
I have a 78 C10 and will have a new Scotts frame under it and unfortunately I dont have any 5 on 4 3/4 wheels for rollers. Should I just pick up some cheap newer model camaro or corvette wheels or are there some steel wheels out there that I can use while the truck is at the shop getting some fab?

Look for late model Camaro or Cadillac spares.

couple sheets of 3/4" ply wood works very well. you can then play with overall diameter for setting up the suspension heights

I unfortunately cannot buy my wheels until I get this frame and can mock up and the bed and measure the backspacing for the wheels.

ply wood....cut the diameter that is desired. then use template card board to cut strips for the width, then you can slide them in and out rather easily.
