HELP where can I find this rear brake hose bracket

help finding these hose brackets looking for this set up to clamp to my rear if I was thinking i would have welded a couple of these to the rear before it was P- coated

You may want to rotate that 90 degrees towards the front or rear, or your bump stops will be pinching off your lines, just speaking from experience, is all.
