Need help with bellhousing crank - 67 c20

Need some suggestions.... I have a 67 c20 with a 4 speed manual. Luckily I was able to limp home on the attached picture. It looks like the bellhousing crank is mounted to a pair of ball pivots, one on a frame bracket that's bolted on, and one along the engine side that's press fitted and staked in place. It looks like the press fitted pivot came out at one time and was welded back on, and the weld has broken loose.

I can't seem to find some sort of replacement part for this. Does anyone have any suggestions, or what it's actually called so I can google it up?

I did find one screw-in pivot ball stud, but I'm not sure if there's clearance behind the bar for it, and the description field was vague.

Thanks....

If you upgrade to Premium Status you can post a want ad. I'm sure there are several guys here that have that part and would sell at a good price.

Judging by the photo any competent weld shop will be able to make the repair. Is the one you show the engine side ball pivot?
This thread may help.

Was the truck originally a V8 4 speed ? or converted from a 6 ? Anyway just re weld your broken pivot mount . They need to be aligned to work nice and if it's been converted they don't always line up so well and just add stress and break like yours .

You have all the parts, just weld the stud back on to the bracket....

If you dont have a welder any local muffler shop should be able to weld it back up for you...

If you are close by Charlotte NC bring it to me and I will weld it for you !
