BAT-1972 Chevrolet C10 Cheyenne Pickup
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/19...c10-pickup-18/
This 1972 Chevrolet C10 is a long-bed Fleetside pickup that was sold new by Herl Chevrolet of Goodland, Kansas. The truck is finished in Medium Blue and white with a blue vinyl interior and powered by a 350ci V8 paired with a 3-speed manual transmission. Service following its recent acquisition by the selling dealer from a private collection included a general inspection and installation of a new belt for the factory air conditioning system. This C10 is offered with handwritten maintenance logs, manuals, a Protect-O-Plate, and a clean Kansas title. The 350ci V8 was rated at 175 horsepower and 290 lb-ft of torque by the factory. A 3-speed manual transmission routes power to the rear wheels through a 3.73:1 rear end. Maintenance performed by the selling dealer included an A/C compressor belt replacement and general inspection |

Re: BAT-1972 Chevrolet C10 Cheyenne Pickup
Very very nice... just right. An honest Cheyenne not trying to be a Cheyenne Super with deluxe two-tone. Except they added the woodgrain dash

Re: BAT-1972 Chevrolet C10 Cheyenne Pickup
To me, that IS trying to be a Super. Just kidding - no fender callouts or gb door emblem though (but my inner picky purist peeking out says boo to woodgrain on the dash and gb door on a truck so perfectly restored). But you're spot on for the important point - seller is not trying to pass it off for something it's not, he probably just liked the woodgrain look. And it does look gooooood! I think this is the first time I've seen the woodgrain (and correct metal tray behind it) added without the Super emblem on it. Would be nice if one could have had a Cheyenne like this originally - I think it looks great.

Just love oddball trucks like this! And if it's as nice in person as it appears in pics shes a honey! Toss on the stock wheels, full covers and a 3.07 gear - shes good to go...........

Beautiful truck, twin to my 72 custom deluxe. Hoping mine will look that good when I'm done!
