Re: Front Bolt on Roll Pan ?
I could be wrong but I don't think they make a bolt on kit. I know to make them right you have to cut the frame horns off the front of the frame. To me cutting the frame is not worth the roll pan.

Mine sits between the radiator support and the deflector, took some effort to make it all work. It is as "bolt on" as any other aftermarket part that claims to be bolt on.

Re: Front Bolt on Roll Pan ?
Steel front and rear roll pans used to be available from several vendors as well as fiberglass I think. I've considered putting them on my 69 stepside. If I do I will fab up a heavy bar to bolt in between the frame horns to give some additional strength behind the pans.
And of course save the horn cut offs for a time when the bumper might be going back on.
