Brought 1 home
Noticed this 84 sitting in a guys yard for a couple years now , asked him the other day what the pans were for it. He asked if I was interested and I said jokingly I would give him a $100 for it, and his reply was come and get it. A good battery and a fresh can of gas and I drove it home (1/2 mile). Everything is intact and works even the cruise a little clean up an should be good 84 High Sierra 305/350 87000 miles . MOMMA said I don't need another project

Re: Brought 1 home
That is a good looking truck for a hundred.
Last square body I got was $600. It had alot of cancer in the cab floor, the door windows were gone, the bed looked like it rolled hard, and left wet, and was wired by Ray Charles + Stevey Wonder. The rest I blocked out due to the pain of it. It had a good title, and I tried to save it for a bit. When it was not going my way I scraped it after saving anything worth a damn, and the title. Since it was a 73. Still worth it, and I am on the hunt for a cheap C20. That I can convert into a rally cross prerunner kind of truck. |

Re: Brought 1 home
Lucky dog! I once bought a 81 c10 short bed for $450. Didn't have to do anything to it, but turn the key and drive it out of the guys drive way.
