Re: Weather stripping question

What all is included in the kit? There must be something in the kit, that is year specific. Mostly it is all the same, but there were a few minor changes on the seals throughout the years.
For example the vent window seals are year specific. And there was a seal that was deleted from the upper part of the door. It was on the earlier models, but not the later.

Re: Weather stripping question

It is vent, doors, windshield, and back window. Do u know the differences in the vent windows? If I can make this work I can save about 100 bucks.

It’s what I thought, it’s the vent window seals in the kit. There is no “making it work”, when it comes to the vent windows. Do a search on the forum, type in vent window differences. You’ll get a bunch of threads back on the subject. You can even search the same thing on YouTube. There are a few videos that talk & show, what the differences are.
