Instrument panel recos?

Hello forum. I'm now in the market to upgrade my 1970 c10, instrument panel. I have an electronic oil sending unit and HEI distributor. So I think I screwed myself on options maybe... I'd probably want to get one with a tachometer. If anyone has converted the stock panel to work with my setup, very welcome on hearing that too if it means saving money. I don't have much experience on the subject, any advice is appreciated.

Thanks!
