disk brake swap

i have the chance to get a front suspension clip and rear end (all 5 lug) but i kinda wanna keep my wheels that are 6 lug. my question is can i simply change the rotors to 6 lug? also will the axles swap too? the rear end is a 12 bolt and my current ones is too. thanks for the help

What year truck is the donor? 71-72? Yes you can change rotors. No the axles won't work unless the housing is the wider 1970 6 lug housing. 67-69 one width and 70-72 another width. 70 was only 6 lug with wider housing.

If the donor is a square body that probably all remains true as well unless it has the light duty brakes.
