1972 GMC frame and stuff

I’m selling a 72 GMC Sierra Grande frame and all the parts left on it. I really don’t want to mess with taking parts off of it and not really sure what all the parts are worth. I’d like to get $500 and I’ll help someone load it. Obviously this something that can’t be shipped.
Thanks!

Interested in the front 4 bed mount brackets.
If you have time to grind the rivets off.
Also cab mounts.

If you decide to cut a few items before scrapping it, I’d be interested in whatever exhaust hangers are on it

Re: 1972 GMC frame and stuff

I was really hoping to sell the whole thing and be done. But maybe I need to get off my butt and do some work.

zicc - I'd sell the wheels. Let me get them off and see what kinda condition are in and I'll get back with you.

Getter-done and Madkidd - Let me see.

Please be patient with me, as I work at least 40 and I'll need to find time to get those items off.

I think we all know what you mean, being on night shift this week has me feeling pathetic. Also no rush on my end, just collecting various factory hangers for 8-12 months down the road

Re: 1972 GMC frame and stuff

Just checking in and letting everyone know I haven’t forgotten anyone. It’s been nothing but monsoon weather here in GA and predict up to 10” of rain. It looks like this weekend may be clear enough to get out and pull the parts off the old truck.

Re: 1972 GMC frame and stuff

Finally some good weather and some things taken off the truck. I'm not really sure on pricing so I kinda looked at what others were selling theirs for.

zicc - $170 for the wheels with the beauty rings + shipping (I'm thinking the shipping is going to kill most of the deals. These are 16x8s.

Getter-done - $50 + shipping for all of what you asked so cab mounts and bed mounts.

Madkidd - let me know what you'd be interested in and I'll look at it. I figure since im taking other things off I might as well be open for anything thats left.

BlazerBill - $35 + shipping for the hitch?

Tbohne - How serious are you? I'll be honest I'd like to keep from fooling with it because i'll need to drain it to open the diff and see what gearing it is, but I will if you're serious.

Re: 1972 GMC frame and stuff

Oops Madkidd you're the one that asked about the exhaust hangers. I'll need to get back with you. I took off what I thought were the exhaust hangers because they were what was hanging the exhaust up...go figure. However when I was seeing what others were selling mine didn't look like theres so I'll need to figure out what I got.

Re: 1972 GMC frame and stuff

Here is what I see as being the stock hangers. The main one that has my interest is the front drivers side that would be under the cab. The others I’d be interested just to have them Incase I can use them depending on price.

Re: 1972 GMC frame and stuff

I would be interested in the exhaust hangers that Madkidd007 doesn’t need if they are available. These would be the triangle shaped piece and the rear most bracket for the tailpipe.
