Re: 76 Blazer LS swap

went ahead and installed a new heater core and evaporator so hopefully they don't have to be changed again. I will be using Hooker Blackheart swap headers and engine mounts on this build

Re: 76 Blazer LS swap

Very nice headers
Are you going to run the A/C system?
How did you hook up the gas pedal? DBW or DBC ?
What are you doing for the engine harness?
Making your own fuel system in the tank?

yes it will have the factory air with a low mount Holley compressor set up
I will run DBW, I will post pics of the pedal soon
the engine/trans will be controlled by a Holley Terminator EFI system
in-tank 255lph pump with a corvette regulator/filter

Re: 76 Blazer LS swap

Which upper radiator hose did you use?
Who's radiator did you use?

I am doing this conversion on my Suburban and I like your setup.

Great job

Re: 76 Blazer LS swap

And no one mentions the ridiculously clean garage? I'm jealous!

Do you have a part number for the trans cooler and mounts? Or is that the ail cooler sitting in front of the Condenser?

Is this a US Forest service truck?

I love what you are doing!

Re: 76 Blazer LS swap

Love the build! Which brand of upper and lower radiator hoses are you using and what are those part numbers? Also, did you do any engine work such as a camshaft or ported heads? How are you liking the power? Is there anything you would have done differently?

Apologies for all of the questions, I just thought I would get them all out in one shot.
