No box, and no screw hole imperfections from previously mounting. The cruise master part is illuminated when lights are on.

John, I believe that this one started in 73. 67 was chrome handle with ribs. 68- early 71, was chrome handle (smooth), 71-72 was the cruise master switch that wasn’t lit. This one you have can be substituted though for the 71-72 switch.
