Jingle sound from rear drums...

71 with factory style front disc and rear drums. When I go over a bumper while while applying any kind of brake I get a jingle sound from the rear brakes. Does not make sound if brakes are not applied. I have had them apart multiple times and cant figure out what it is. Brakes work fine. It's driving me nuts!! Help
