WTB: clutch pedal assembly.
Ideally a hydroboost and hydraulic clutch assembly if they made such a combination. My truck is an 86 K30 with Cummins conversion in progress.
Let me know if you have something. Thanks, Jud

I have a hydroboost, but not hydraulic clutch if you don't find one. Outta my 74, If you think it'll swap over.

Re: WTB: clutch pedal assembly.
There is a hydro boost / hydraulic assembly. (I have one to convert my 84 if you need measurements or pictures, but it’s not for sale)
The hydraulic clutch assembly and support rods is the hard to find part, the hydro boost pedal will swap into a vacuum pedal assembly.

Re: WTB: clutch pedal assembly.
seen a few vac/hydro clutch brake pedal rods come with 2 holes . cut the pin from the removed setup and weld it in and pop the 2 extra studs from the fire wall side and good to go . i personally did it years ago on one and drove it a few years .

Re: WTB: clutch pedal assembly.
What price range are you looking in? The hydroboost brakes seems to be the harder hydraulic pedal assembly to come by.

Re: WTB: clutch pedal assembly.
I don't know, what are they worth? One yard told me $75 pulled out the door for a mech clutch one.

Re: WTB: clutch pedal assembly.
85-87 had the hydraulic clutch. They are hard to find. I have a set of all three variations:
Auto/vac Auto/hydroboost Manual/ hydroboost Took me a couple years to collect them. Going rate for manual/hydroboost is $300-350 for those that know what they have. For those who don't, I've seen them sell for $50. 95% of them will need rebuilt (bushings, pads, pins welded up and possibly a crossbolt). |

Re: WTB: clutch pedal assembly.
I would think eBay is the best or at least the quickest route to find one. They pop up semi regularly .

Re: WTB: clutch pedal assembly.
Thanks all for the pics and info. At the price they're going for I need to make sure I could get a chevy clutch master cylinder to work with the clutch setup behind the Cummins for the Getrag. Maybe I should just get a mechanical clutch one and adapt it for the dodge clutch master cylinder. I have the ability to fabricate.
It looks like these have a clutch safety switch? Is that to prevent starting if the clutch is not depressed? Thats a nice upgrade from the 67-72's.

Re: WTB: clutch pedal assembly.
Yes, there is a clutch safety switch. That’ll be nice when wiring up cruise control and for general safety, I’ll be wiring into the neutral safety switch circuit (previous automatic truck).
As far as clutch line and master options, I’ve done it two ways: 84 C1500 (truck that the pedals are going in): I plan on a stock GM master with an inverted flare to AN-3 adapter. Premade AN-3 braided stainless line to an adapter in the slave cylinder quick connect (2002 GM NV4500). 68 K20 w/ NV5600: I adapted the dodge master to the chevy firewall. Basically a square flange welded to the firewall that the master pushes into and twists 45 degrees to lock into place, exactly as designed on the Dodge. Then drilled a hole in the pedal and made a pushrod. Upside is that all trans components are “2004 Dodge 2500” when I go to the parts store.

Re: WTB: clutch pedal assembly.
I need help. Can someone tell me if this piece is needed and where it goes? I think it goes with this setup but I don't see in the photos here or in other ones online.

Re: WTB: clutch pedal assembly.
It mounts to the brake pedal where the rod for the master cylinder attaches. Also, without it, your brake lights won't work.

Re: WTB: clutch pedal assembly.
Thanks for your response. Yep, there is a separate bracket that is similar but a little different that pushes on the brake switch. This is the one in the foreground that is by the two rods in the pic below. Do you know if cruise trucks had another switch that this contacted? I assumed that the cruise was deactivated by the brake switch triggering.

Re: WTB: clutch pedal assembly.
2 bolts / studs from dash frame down .
this bracket goes on pass side bolt / stud . clutch / brake main unit goes up in the dash . steering column goes up in place on the 2 bolts / studs . once all tight this little bracket gets a single screw threw the dash to its little hole to keep the dash from rattling if i was the guess . i just did this swap 1 week ago .

left side you see a hex screw in dash just left of column stud hanging down . right side you see open hole for same position . that bracket sadwiches in the mix as i said and then a hex screw goes in to match the other side .
