Question HEI module

I think Ive fried my module. Lookin to pick one up after work without stoppin by my house. Apparently there were three different pin combinations. Anybody have an idea if there was one combination that was a standard on the V8s?

Also, which vehicle should I tell the parts rookie I have at Kragen?

Mine has the 4 blade type. It would be a good idea to take the old one with you just as a precaution. THey go from $15 - $20 at Autozone....

Agreed. "You can pay me now, or pay me later...", "You get what you pay for...", "Measure twice, cut once...".

Am I making myself clear?

Just tell the parts guy you want one for a '76 Vette. Always works for me. No matter how inexperienced the guy behind the counter is.

The HEI on my 68 uses parts for 75 small block. I don't know if that helps two shoppers in the store knew more than the Zone employee... "Let me check the computer, what year, make and model?"

That's dead wrong, Paint. I just got a Delco one from the dealer. It says Delco right on it, but the side where you put the grease says Singapore. Buy American?
