Wheel polishing

Got the metal polish you guys recomended. Works great but damn that is hard work.

Any thoughts on easy ways to do it from guys who have done it?

Thanks.

P.S. any way to get the pits out?

Thanks again

The pits are"the pits". No, there is no way to remove anything more than minor surface blemishes. Rather than do it by hand, you can get a buffing wheel for your electric drill. No matter how you do it, it's not much fun....

Best metal polish I have ever found is Xtreme. Used to be able to buy it around here, but this summer I couldn't find it. Finally found a guy online and me and Dave split a case of it. Awesome stuff!

I used Extreme for a long time too. My tire/wheel supplier alwys gave me a fresh can when I came in. It is good stuff, but I have found something better.

Try Master-Formula when you get a chance. You will be very impressed with how much better it works.

They sell it online, and at a lot of bigger car shows and swap meets. A buddy of mine convinced me to try it, and I am very pleased with the results.

Will do, thanks for the tip! But, not going to even look at it until I'm done with my Xtreme. If Master-Formula is that much better, I'll wind up with 6 cans of Xtreme just sitting there.
