Transfer Case Shifter Pivot Bushing

Anyone have an idea for where to find the bushing kit for that? T-221.

I think I did something similar with a copper bushing, as recommended by someone on this site.

It looks a lot like a clutch or brake pedal bushing. Dorman may make a universal one that will work.

I agree with renegade..i just cleaned up and lubed my clutch/brake pedal bushings...they look identical to what I see in your pic...
are those worn out?

That’s EXACTLY what they look like. There’s a steel sleeve over the pivot bolt with one of those on each side. Thanks!

There’s a fair amount of slop in the pivot. Hope these will tighten it up. Having trouble getting into 2HI. Adjusting the rod clevises and replacing the see-saw bar, but thought a tighter shifter would help too.
