forged part number marking
I have a pair of 1969-72 tow hooks. The number forged onto the part is followed by a marking that appears to be a hexagon with a wrench head inside.
I've seen this on other parts so I figure it's got to mean something significant about the part or its manufacture. Does anyone have any info about this marking? |
