Correct order for cab mount bushings?

Anyone have a picture or know the proper order? My truck was a basket case when I got it. I got a new aftermarket bushing set with it, round red ones (urethane?), that the previous owner was nice enough to bag separately front and rear. I'm about to set the cab back on the frame. In between the cab and the frame is it washer sitting on the frame then bushing, then set the cab on it? or bushing sitting on the frame with washer on top of it then the cab?

Re: Correct order for cab mount bushings?

And what torque? Or should I wait until further assembly? There seems to be a lot of room to move the cab around and I imagine this will effect how the front clip aligns? I have new aftermarket inner and outer fenders and rad support and my body shop wants me to assemble everything to make sure it all lines up before they paint anything.
