91 K1500 SFA swap vs already lifted 85 K10

i've been tossing around the idea of a SFA swap for my 91 K1500 for a while now. i went over to my neighbor's house today, and he offered me his 85 K10 for $1500 and my truck, and its already lifted. he's got 6" of lift and 33 x 12.50 BFG ATs on it. this is exactly what i was looking to do to my 91. would i be better off to go with the 85 over doing all the work to my 91? which would you do if you were in my situation, and why?

BTW, the 85 was fully restored not too long ago, and its got a 90-91ish GMC Burb grille in it. hope that doesnt sway your opinions.
