New truck question

I just bought a 1972 C20 Cheyenne Super Custom Camper
Full load except for AC. It has a full gauge package with tach
It also has a vacuum gauge. How common was that. 350 small block and auto

Re: New truck question

Full gauge with tach, probably less than 20%

Re: New truck question

To my knowledge, the vacuum gauge was only available from the factory in big trucks. Unless it shows on the SPID I would assume it to be added by a PO.

The tach will be on the SPID as well if it was factory.

Re: New truck question

The vacuum gauge was added and would be from a big truck. Post up some pics if possible.

Re: New truck question

Looks as though the tach and vacuum were added from a big truck.
I see it has 350 engine badges, but nothing on the spid. Not sure if maybe the 350 was part of the CC package?
Nice looking truck with an odd color combo.
Maybe see if an admin can combine this and your other thread.
