Need your help on tire size fellas

Okay so I'm going to be running 15 by 10s in the rear with 295 50 15 and 15 x 7 in the front but I don't know what would be a good size front tire for this. my truck is a 67 short bed Stepside with 3 and 1/2 inch drop in the front with drop spindles and 4 inch drop in the rear. So it has a pretty good rake. What do you guys think?

I'd go for a 225/60/15 on the front. That tire will be 1" shorter than your rear and look correct I think. Here's a link to a site where you can visualize the tire sizes.

295/50/15's with 245/60/15's that were on the Burban when I got it. With that combination the front and rear tires have the same outside diameter. Sorry that the photos are not better but maybe this helps you.

Best mod I did on my 69 short step was getting away from 15" wheels and tires. I'm running 17's all the way around now. 8's in the front and 9's in the rear with 235 55 17 and 275 55 17 respectively.

Just don't see why a build would include 15's at this point. More options in tire size, wheel choice, and backspacing and they clear better IMO.

Just say no to 15" wheel combos.

Personally, I would let the suspension establish the rake, or leveling, or whatever you're shooting for stance-wise, and search for a front tire that has close to or slightly less than the outer diameter of the rear tire (since you are already set on it). Tire Rack and Tire Barn have pretty user friendly websites that allow you to search by size and see specs - you can do it with any tire, BFG T/As are available in almost any size, so that's a good one to do the search with to determine what size is about right to match the diameter you're looking for. Then you can search for that size in the tire you want (if different than a BFG T/A). That at least helps you see what is available. It's just personal opinion - but, to me, when the tires are used to establish rake rather than the suspension, the front tires tend to look too short and squat with too low of an aspect ratio.

The picks up a lot and less thanks a lot! And Jocko understand what you're saying. The check already sits at a rate. I'm just looking for a good Tire to match their ears and feeling the wheel well pretty decently without looking like all Tire. From the link you gave me, it looks like my best bet is going to be the 245 60 15
