Option/Build Listing & Codes

I was looking at my daughter's 82 and was wondering did the 73-87 era use an options sticker in the glove box like on my 70 or did they put it some where else? Also does anyone have a listing of what the codes mean If I do find the one for her truck?

BTW this was the only sticker I found in the glovebox.

some of the newer trucks had the label on the front inner fenders. You might check there.

On all the 73-87 trucks I have seen, it has been a sticker on the inside of the glove box.

Browse down to the GM RPO menu on this link to learn more.

Yes, 73-87 used the RPO list in the glovebox. You can look here for the codes: http://www.73-87.com/chevy_ids/rpomenu2.htm

Well I guess that sticker is missing, unless it is stuck to the actual metal under the glovebox liner. Only sticker is that one about a slidein camper.

Look on the inner fenders, probably drivers side. My dad has a 84K30, the tag is on the inner fender, my 85K10 is in the glove box.
