Original A/C kit
All sold...
I’m converting my 72 blazer to vintage air and don’t foresee going back to original. I have pulled all the original components from the A/C off and would like to sell them. It was a working system when removed a few years ago. Everything is there that I can tell but I’ll have to make sure as it’s been moved a few times and was removed in steps. The inner pieces and outer suitcase are in good shape. I have the compressor and brackets for a sbc, condenser, interior controls and some other parts misc parts, hoses etc. I did cut the heater core hose connections to remove it. I would like to get $400 for this picked up. I can get pictures if interested but will be a few days. I’m in Sutter near Sacramento.

Re: Original A/C kit
If no local takers I’d be interested in some components (ex S-duct, vac hoses, compressor, clamps, bolts) if willing to ship.

Re: Original A/C kit
I am also interested behind Pete, if no local takers, for whole system if willing to ship. Or parts left after Pete gets his. If it helps can send you a FEDEX label for shipping. To be used on 72 Blazer.
Thanks, Les Last edited by aotte1; 07-06-2019 at 10:20 PM. |

Re: Original A/C kit
I’m willing to ship if paid for but I’m a little worried about possible damage as I really don’t have a box for this. The compressor is very heavy so that would probably cost the most

Re: Original A/C kit
Kirt,
Yes, I will pay for the shipping and materials to pack. Thinking use several boxes. Home Depot has some that may work. Or I can send you some as needed. Still need to find out what parts Pete wants and I will take the rest of the AC system. Thank you, this will be a big help to me. Les Last edited by aotte1; 07-06-2019 at 10:19 PM. |

Re: Original A/C kit
I get it - shipping is bear with these odd shaped and heavy pieces. I'm in no rush if you were to ship.
I'd absolutely be willing to split components with Les. I'd be in for the S-duct with screws if OEM and not cracked or split, the small vac hoses and tee fittings, firewall vac pod and it's components, and vac pod on the outer box. If the compressor would fit in a large flat rate box I'd do that too if it were an OEM piece. Thanks, Pete

Re: Original A/C kit
I’ll have to look over everything and see if there is damage. I don’t think there is. I’ll look in the next couple of days.
