First or second oil change?
My ‘69 C20 has been sitting idle due to some unforeseen family obligations. I finally got around to changing the oil in this 4544 original mile 396. It looks like the oil had been changed already, as it had a Baldwin filter in it.I’m assuming GM had AC or AC Delco filters by 1969?

Re: First or second oil change?
Yes, AC filters had been around a long time already, as you can see on the canister GM recommended AC filters.

Rotella or Dello 10w30 diesel oil still has adequate levels of zinc and moly. Way cheaper too. |
