1981 vandura diff?

Would a 81 vandura have the same rear end in terms of width as that era of half ton? One for sale locally I was thinking I could use it for my 1970 c10 5 bolt conversion.

Normally vans axles are narrower than truck axles,
Measure distance between backing plates.
Measure distance from between the wheel mounting surfaces
Measure distance from center pin to center pin on spring perch.
Those measurements will tell you what you need know.
