wheel base?

does anyone know the factory wheel base of 72 chev p/u ( long bed and short bed)

LWB is 127", SWB is 115" if i remember correctly

That is correct.
Then there is the longhorn in 3/4 and one tons at 133 inch and the 157 inch one ton also.

What is the wheel base for a long step bed is it the same as the longhorn.

a long step would be a 127, but a one ton step with the 9 foot bed would be the 133 chassis like the longhorn.
